At ISmile Studio genuine care comes first. We are seeking a warm ,confident and motivated CEM to be first point of contact for our clients ,guide them through their treatment journey and support the growth of our digital dental practice.

As the very first person many patients speak with ,you will play an significant role role in creating welcoming, skilled and reassuring experience from the very beginning.You will help to promote Ismilestudio’s reputation for up-to-date dentistry , personalised care and exceptional service .





Working closely and reporting directly to CEO you will guide patients from initial enquiry through treatment acceptance and ongoing care.

This is sales-focused role grounded in trust ,ethical communication and a commitment to representing ISmile Studio positively in every interaction.

Experience in patient liaison , treatment coordination and health administration or consultative sales is highly regarded .

Most importantly ,you bring integrity, emotional intelligence ,commercial awareness and most importantly genuine desire to help patients.
