Our Client J Kaur and I Singh are seeking an experienced and reliable Horticulture Grower to join their agricultural operations at Wells Crossing, NSW.

Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and oversee crop production activities, including land preparation, planting, irrigation, fertilising, spraying and harvesting. Monitor crop growth and development to maximise yield, quality and productivity.

Identify and manage pests, diseases, weeds and other issues affecting crop health. Manage irrigation programs, fertiliser application and crop nutrition requirements. Develop and maintain planting, growing and harvesting schedules.





Monitor environmental and seasonal conditions and adjust production activities where required. Operate and maintain horticultural tools, machinery and equipment safely. Maintain accurate production records, including planting schedules, crop monitoring, treatment records and harvest data.

Monitor stock levels of fertilisers, chemicals, seed and other farm inputs. Qualifications and Experience More than 3 years of relevant experience in horticulture, crop production or a closely related agricultural role.

Relevant horticultural or agricultural qualification is desirable. Location: 54 Perch Road, Wells Crossing NSW 2460
