We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Accountant to join a well-established property business managing a diverse commercial portfolio.

Advanced Yardi experience is essential

You’ll be responsible for keeping tenant accounts accurate, managing rent collections and following up outstanding payments.

What you’ll be doing
Managing tenant accounts and invoices
Processing rent reviews, reconciliations and lease changes
Monitoring daily rent payments and allocating receipts
Managing arrears and following up overdue accounts
Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
Maintaining accurate records in Yardi
Working closely with property managers and internal stakeholders

What we’re looking for
3+ years’ Accounts Receivable experience




Experience in commercial property or property accounting
Solid experience managing rent rolls and arrears
Advanced Yardi experience is essential
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable using technology and improving processes

Full time, office-based
Established and collaborative team
Prospect to work across a quality commercial property portfolio
Monday–Friday business hours

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
