Key Responsibilities
Install blinds and shutters in residential homes and builder projects
Work independently and assist on larger or more complex installations
Carry out service and repair work when required
Maintain high standards of finish and workmanship
Deliver a professional and friendly experience to customers
Represent the Your World brand with pride on every job
What We’re Looking For
3+ years experience using power tools (trade or installation background)
Experience working in customers’ homes (service or retail trade highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Positive problem-solving skills on site
Positive, reliable, can-do attitude
Open driver’s licence
What You’ll Get
$80,000 – $100,000 base salary, depending on experience
