The Opportunity

We are looking for a Psychologist (Registered or Provisional) to join Positive Pathways, our dedicated psychology branch. You will hold a tertiary qualification in Psychology and relevant professional accreditation. Experience in vocational rehabilitation will be highly regarded. Beyond qualifications and experience, we value compassionate professionals who bring skill, enthusiasm and integrity to their work.

Key Responsibilities
Support injured workers through adjustment-to-injury counselling and evidence-informed psychological interventions.
Complete vocational and psychological assessments to identify vocational needs, psychological capacity and overall functioning, helping to guide effective return-to-work planning.
Conduct Vocational Assessments and Transferable Skills Assessments and provide vocational counselling.
Work collaboratively with allied health specialists to support secure,



timely and sustainable returns to work and everyday life.
Maintain accurate case notes and reports in line with compliance requirements, applying sound clinical judgement to guide and support clients.
Attend medical appointments and structured, intervention-based programs with clients as required.

You are passionate about supporting people affected by workplace injury and helping them reconnect with work, wellbeing and everyday life.
You are confident working independently and value being part of a cooperative team, with the ability to manage your workload and working style effectively.
