Fort Group is seeking an Inbound Sales & Customer Engagement Consultant in NSW. You will respond quickly to enquiries, build rapport, and guide customers toward a transparent next step, handing over to the sales team when appropriate.

You will manage multiple channels (website, phone, email, SMS and live-chat), qualify prospects, book discovery calls and keep HubSpot records updated to support a high-volume, customer-centric sales flow.
