We’re looking for a motivated and organised Office Manager to join our team. This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and supporting a busy office. No prior experience is required — we’re happy to provide full training for the right person.

About the Role

In this position, you’ll be responsible for a range of general office duties to help support day-to-day operations. You’ll be the go-to person for administrative tasks and ensure the office remains organised, welcoming, and productive.

Key Responsibilities:
General office administration and data entry
Answering phones and responding to email enquiries
Assisting with filing, scanning, and document management
Supporting staff with basic administrative tasks
Maintaining office supplies and keeping common areas tidy
Liaising with suppliers, visitors,



and contractors as required
Other general duties as needed

About You
No experience necessary — training provided
Robust attention to detail and good organisational skills
Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn
Confident using a computer and able to pick up new systems
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
