and benefits of a larger firm.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the design and drafting of site civil engineering plansDesign and analyze engineering systems related to land development and utilitiesPrepare engineering calculations for:Site gradingStormwater management systemsWater and wastewater utilitiesRoadway designTranslate engineering designs and calculations into construction drawingsMaintain client communications and help build strong client relationshipsGain hands-on experience aligned with Qualified Engineer (PE) licensure requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)3–5 years of land development or related experience preferredEI/EIT certification requiredProficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience a plus)Understanding of land development planning preferredStrong organizational, analytical, and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesDemonstrated leadership potential and ability to adapt in a dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsInterested?
