Role

Reporting into the CFO and Finance Manager, this is a broad Management Accountant combining management accounting, business partnering and responsibility for the full-function payroll function.
Monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary
Budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis
Business partnering with operational stakeholders
Month-end accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
Managing the full-function monthly payroll for approximately 140 employees using Micropay
Supporting audit and continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting

Profile

You will have a robust background across management accounting,



commercial analysis and business partnering, combined with hands‑on payroll experience.

Previous experience using Micropay is essential.

You will be commercially minded, analytical and confident partnering with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Robust Excel skills are required, with Power BI experience highly regarded.

Benefits

Hybrid working arrangements. Office location in central Sydney close to public transport. Paying $70ph plus super. 6 month contract with potential to extend or become permanent.
