We want someone who understands the importance of elevated clienteling, enjoys developing product expertise and can deliver an exceptional level of service within a rapid-paced boutique environment.

This is a customer-focused position where relationship building sits at the heart of the role . You will be responsible for creating personalised experiences for every client, understanding their individual needs and preferences, and developing relationships that extend well beyond the initial transaction.

You will be expected to proactively nurture your client base, follow up meaningfully and identify opportunities to build genuine long-term loyalty and repeat business. Working within a busy Sydney CBD boutique, you will also need to confidently manage multiple customers and competing priorities while maintaining a calm, polished and professional approach.
