DescriptionSpacetalk is building a safer digital world for families.We are an ASX-listed technology company creating an integrated ecosystem of wearable devices, mobile services and software designed to keep families connected and protected.What started as a pioneering children's smartwatch business has rapidly evolved into a broader family safety platform spanning connected devices, mobile connectivity, subscription services and software.As we continue scaling globally across Australia, Europe and future markets, compliance, governance and operational discipline are becoming increasingly important to how we operate, grow and protect customer trust.This is an opportunity to help shape and mature compliance capability inside a fast-moving technology company operating across telecommunications, consumer products, eCommerce and connected services.About the RoleWe are seeking a commercially minded Compliance & Regulatory Manager to build and support Spacetalk's internal compliance capability across telecommunications, consumer, marketing, product and operational compliance.Reporting to the SVP of Global Mobile, this role will partner across the business to ensure regulatory obligations are understood, operationalised and proactively managed.You will work closely with Product, Mobile, Customer Experience, Marketing, Supply Chain and Security teams, while also partnering with external compliance advisors and regulators where required.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, improving governance maturity and acting as a pragmatic business partner rather than a pure policy administrator.Importantly, the role will help bring more day-to-day compliance capability in-house as Spacetalk scales globally.MandateThe Compliance & Regulatory Manager exists to:Build scalable internal compliance capability across SpacetalkReduce regulatory and operational risk exposureEnsure compliance obligations are embedded into business processes and operational workflowsImprove compliance systems, controls and governance maturityPartner cross-functionally to support commercially responsible growth Reduce reliance on external compliance advisory support over timeKey AccountabilitiesTelecommunications & Regulatory ComplianceSupport compliance across Spacetalk's mobile and telecommunications operationsHelp manage obligations relating to ACMA, TIO and related telecommunications frameworksSupport compliant onboarding,



activation and customer lifecycle processesCoordinate with regulators and external advisors where requiredConsumer, Marketing & Advertising ComplianceReview and support compliance of marketing campaigns, promotions and customer communicationsEnsure alignment with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), ACCC requirements and State Fair Trading obligationsPartner with Marketing and Product teams to improve compliance processes and approvalsProduct, Supply Chain & Operational ComplianceSupport compliance activities relating to product certifications, EU regulatory requirements and waste obligationsAssist with Sedex, supplier governance and operational compliance activitiesPartner with Supply Chain and Product teams to improve operational governance maturityGovernance, Policies & ControlsDevelop and maintain compliance policies, frameworks and operational controlsMaintain compliance registers, audit trackers and governance documentationSupport internal training and awareness programs across teamsTrack and assess emerging regulatory developments and advise the business on impactsCross-Functional Risk & Compliance CollaborationPartner closely with Product, Mobile, Customer Experience, Operations and Security teamsCollaborate with the Head of Security where compliance obligations intersect with information security, privacy and platform governanceSupport the business in operationalising compliant processes across customer, product and mobile workflowsExternal Advisor & Regulatory CoordinationWork closely with Tiger & Bear and other external advisorsCoordinate regulatory enquiries, notices and requests for informationHelp transition appropriate operational compliance activities in-house over timeRequirementsAbout YouYou are commercially pragmatic, highly organised and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly.You enjoy balancing risk management with business enablement and are confident partnering with both operational teams and senior stakeholders.You are someone who naturally brings structure,
