We are seeking a motivated Assistant Owners Corporation Manager to join our team.

The Opportunity:

This is a full time, permanent position based in our Melbourne office on St Kilda Road. As an Assistant OC Manager, you will play a critical support role across a variety of premium high-end portfolios, supporting two OC Managers.

Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation, maintenance, and governance of some of Melbourne’s most prestigious buildings.

Your Day-to Day:
Prepare and issue correspondence including breach notices, AGM documentation, and client communications
Respond professionally and promptly to client and committee enquiries
Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Assist with financial administration
Maintain accurate owners corporation records and registers
Support Annual General Meetings, including attendance, vote tallying, and minute-taking
