ADM is seeking a 12-Hour Rotating Shift Supervisor for the Decatur, IL West Plant. This full time, exempt role leads safety, quality, and production on the shift, mentoring front-line operators and coordinating with contractors and ADM colleagues to ensure safe, effective operations.

The Decatur West Plant processes soybeans and corn oil with lecithin de-oiling and phospholipids, functioning within a union workplace with a large hourly workforce and significant plant operations.
