Whitefriars College Donvale is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Diversity Case Manager to commence at the start of 2027. The role combines classroom teaching with targeted support for students with diverse learning needs, within an MTSS framework.

You will collaborate with teachers, families and allied specialists to develop and monitor Personalised Learning Plans, lead Tier 2 and 3 interventions, and contribute to NCCD evidence gathering while supporting ongoing curriculum access.
