Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Landscape Construction or relevant experience
Previous proven landscape construction leadership experience is essential
Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with a knack for managing variation and change.
Ability to coordinate site teams and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.
Balanced judgment and a commitment to working to a high standard.
Proficient in planning project timelines and coordinating works accordingly.
A proactive approach to managing site safety.
Experienced in managing site logistics, including material deliveries and staff/subcontractor inductions.
Solid leadership and organizational skills of the projects and people.
Able to deliver projects to program and on budget.
