OVERVIEW

We are looking for a casual weekend Residential Building Managers to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is reliable and is able to effectively communicate with residents.

Hours: 8am – 4pm Saturday and Sunday

Key Responsibilities
Assist tenants and keys
Supervision and Coordination
Contact contractors for repair
Assist with tenants moving

To be considered, we require you to possess the following as a minimum:
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
Friendly, positive approach and pride in your work
Keen, honest and reliable




Proactive and positive attitude.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
The ability to organize and prioritize tasks

The right candidate for this role will have proven success in a similar role or background. You will also have a valuable overall understanding of property maintenance and repairs procedures.

We are looking a person who can work autonomously. You will need a positive can-do attitude and approach your responsibilities pro-actively and with confidence.
