Ecolab is seeking a Service Technician on a contract, to support Food & Beverage customers across Sydney and surrounding areas.

In this field-based role, you'll help customers maintain water quality, protect critical assets, and improve operational reliability across cooling towers, boilers, closed-loop systems, and wastewater treatment plants.

This is a contract role with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate and business requirements.

What you'll do
Conduct water testing, sampling, and routine service visits
Monitor and maintain cooling water, boiler, and wastewater systems
Inspect, calibrate, and troubleshoot dosing equipment and controllers
Identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and support optimisation
Complete service reports and communicate findings with customers
Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and chemical handling

About you

You may have experience in:




Water treatment or wastewater operations
Industrial maintenance or utilities
Mechanical service or instrumentation
Laboratory testing or process operations

You’ll also have:
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Mechanical aptitude and a safety-first mindset
Positive communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently across multiple customer sites
Comprehensive training and onboarding
