PERSOL Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support technology-enabled transformation across two workstreams in the utilities sector. The role spans the full product lifecycle, including COTS solutions, system enhancements and migration from legacy to up-to-date platforms.

You will lead discovery, develop BRDs, process maps, and requirements traceability, and facilitate workshops with business, ICT, architecture and vendors. Hybrid work in Mitcham, VIC.
