ClientAn ICG client is looking for a specialist to assess the credit decisioning model of an unsecured small business lender.RoleTo perform assessment of existing credit decisioning model and identify root causes for the credit losses/bad debtsKey Deliverables:Perform assessment of the existing credit decisioning model, methodologies, credit policies and the lending strategiesAssess impact of changes to current decision criteria from previous decision criteria, with a focus on bad debtsPerform case assessment of different loan scenarios based on predefined sampling methodologyIdentify root causes for the existing credit lossesSkills and experience required:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field5 years+ experience in credit, treasury, corporate finance or a similar field within the financial services sectorDemonstrated expertise in credit decisioning, financial modelling and credit risk analysisStrong understanding of lending industry Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelyLogisticsStart date:



Immediate March **** Duration: six to eight weeks Location: Sydney CBD or Remote.Rate: The daily rate to the consultant will be negotiated.
