The Role

We’re looking for a skilled pastry chef to join our busy kitchen team. To be considered, you’ll have:
2+ years’ industry experience, ideally in a bistro or restaurant setting
Knowledge of French pastries and classic techniques
Experience in high-end, quick-paced environments




Solid management and communication skills
A cooperative, positive approach
Understanding of stock control and ordering
