Production Operators – Aluminium Finishing (Racking & Packing)

AAA Coating is a growing aluminium finishing business located in Clayton South. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join our anodising department.

We have opportunities available in both our racking and packing areas and are looking for team members who take pride in their work and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

This is a casual position to start with full-time hours available immediately.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
38 hours per week
Casual rate: $31.20 per hour

About the Role

Racker
Preparing aluminium extrusions for the anodising process
Clamping and securing aluminium sections onto production booms
Following production schedules and quality requirements
Working safely around production equipment

Packer
Removing finished material from production booms




Maintaining quality and presentation standards

About You
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Are reliable and punctual
Can work safely in a manufacturing workplace
Have good attention to detail
Are physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Work well as part of a team

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, aluminium processing, powder coating, anodising or production work is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right applicants.
