A Good Start to Life is seeking a compassionate care professional to support children and young people with diverse needs in a Brisbane-based setting. You will help with daily routines, personal care, meals, and developing life skills in a secure, respectful setting.

The role involves working within a structured, regular part-time roster, including evenings and weekends, with a sleepover component and 8am finish. A strong focus on independence and community participation is required.
