Customer Service Officer / Internal Sales

Our client is a well-established civil products manufacturing company based in Minto, supplying quality products to a range of industries across NSW.

They are looking for a bubbly, friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join their team. This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with customers and would like to develop their career in a busy, growing business.

About the role:
Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing orders and following up on customer requests
Providing quotes and product information
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers





We're looking for someone who:
Has a friendly, confident and bubbly personality
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Ideally has previous internal sales experience
Is organised and able to multitask
Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Takes pride in providing great service
