Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Educator to join our team. The Lead Educator will be responsible for overseeing the educational programs and curriculum development for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a robust background in teaching and curriculum development.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum for all age groups
Supervise and mentor teaching staff
Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adjust curriculum as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure educational programs align with organizational goals
Stay up-to-date with current educational trends and research to continuously improve programs
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and program updates
Manage educational resources and materials

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
Experience in curriculum development and program management
Robust leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
Knowledge of current educational trends and research
