Life Without Barriers is seeking an Aged Care Home & Community Assistant to provide personalised in‑home support to older Australians across Noosa and surrounding areas. You will travel between clients’ homes to assist multiple people each day, with a permanent part‑time schedule from 9am to 2pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

This role offers meaningful community impact, a transparent path to developing caregiving skills, and a supportive team culture.
