Love being out on the road, solving problems, and working with your hands?

We’re Gipps Pest — a growing, tight-knit team that takes pride in doing pest control properly. We’re looking for a solid technician to join us and hit the ground running.

The Role

You’ll be out in the field handling residential pest work, including:
Spiders, ants and general pest treatments
Rodent control and inspections
Diagnosing problems and applying the right solution
Communicating with customers in office
Keeping job notes easy (no painful admin here)

You’ll have your own run, work independently, and be trusted to get the job done right.

Why Gippspest?
No time-wasting admin – we use tech to keep things simple
Quality equipment – if the boss isn’t using it, neither are you
Variety of work – no getting stuck on the same boring sites
Solid team – no drama, just people who do their job properly

Real training – we’ll train you properly and support your growth

What We’re Looking For
Reliable and shows up ready to work
Valuable with customers (just be normal and respectful)
Can think for themselves and solve problems
Comfortable working in roof voids, under houses, etc.
Valid driver’s licence

Pest control experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll train the right person.

The Reality

This isn’t an office job.

You’ll be:
On the road every day
Working in roof spaces and tight areas
Dealing with real situations, not just ticking boxes

If you like being active and take pride in your work, you’ll do well here.

Pay & Perks
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
Company vehicle + fuel + equipment
