As the Inventory Coordinator - Genuine Parts and Accessories division, you will:Load and maintain shipping data from vendors Liaise with Freight forwarders and Customs agencies as requiredCommunicate and work with the warehouse team to prepare for inbound goodsProcess internal stock transfers Track, evaluate, and report inventory levelsLiaise with order entry and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations regarding receipting and dispatchCommunicate ETA to Sales and Operational teamsRequirementsTo be successful in the role, it is essential that you have:Proven Parts & Accessories inventory management experience Effective verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skillsKnowledge of genuine parts and accessories will be an advantage
