Construction Manager – Residential | Relocate to PerthPerth, WA | Attractive Salary + Incentives + Vehicle + Relocation CostsThe OpportunityOur client is a well-established and highly regarded residential construction group in Western Australia, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join their team in Perth.Reporting to the Building Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Site Managers, driving productivity, safety, quality, compliance, cost management and customer experience across the construction operation.Key responsibilities include:Lead, coach and develop a team of Site ManagersDrive construction productivity, build timeframes and practical completion targetsMonitor construction forecasts, workloads and performanceManage trade allocation, recruitment and retentionDrive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety requirementsOversee quality, compliance and building inspection outcomesMonitor construction costs and identify opportunities for improvementManage supplier and subcontractor performanceSupport customer escalations and ensure high-quality handoversReview construction performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiencyConduct regular site, safety and compliance reviewsWork collaboratively with Safety, Operations, Finance,



Customer Experience and other internal teamsSupport broader construction initiatives and continuous improvementAbout YouWe are looking for an experienced residential construction manager or area construction manager with a strong understanding of Frame and Truss building methodology and proven experience leading high-performing teams.You will have:Strong experience in residential constructionSolid building methodology experience, particularly Frame & Truss – essentialPrevious experience as a Construction Manager or Area Construction ManagerProven experience leading, coaching and developing Site ManagersStrong understanding of construction processes, quality and complianceAbility to interpret building plans, specifications and inspection reportsStrong commercial awareness and understanding of construction costsExcellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, customers and internal stakeholdersA strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and delivering resultsA relevant trade qualification and/or experience working closely with trades in residential construction will be highly regarded.
