Our client is a well-established and highly regarded financial services organisation with a global presence. Due to continued growth, they are seeking multiple Data Entry & Financial Services Administrators to join their Sydney team on a temp-to-perm basis.

The Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Accurate and high-volume data entry
Processing financial services documentation
Managing digital mailroom and document workflows
Preparing and reviewing documentation for processing
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
Updating customer and account information across multiple systems
General administration and team support duties
Salary $36+ Super per hour, paid weekly




Location: Camellia, NSW2142,
Hybrid - WFH 2 days a week after training
Hours 8.00am till 4pm

About You

To be successful, you will have:
Previous data entry or administration experience
Financial services experience highly regarded
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong typing and computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
A proactive and positive team-focused attitude
Confidence learning new systems and processes
