Your current company A large and well-established organisation is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting project delivery within a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Your new role
Maintaining critical project records and documentation
Coordinating project reports, meetings and project correspondence
Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes and tracking actions
Managing site office supplies and supporting day-to-day office operations
Providing administrative and business support to the project team
Assisting the Project Manager and Project Director with project-related activities
Supporting records management and project governance processes
Undertaking additional duties as required to support project outcomes

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in project administration, project support or a similar role
Knowledge of records management practices and electronic records management systems
Strong written communication skills,



including experience preparing reports and correspondence
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a busy workplace
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Highly regarded:
Experience using TRIM
SharePoint experience
Microsoft Teams experience

You will also hold:
A current White Card
A current C Class Driver's Licence
