migrations and operational improvement.What We're Looking ForWe're particularly interested in Project Managers who bring:Strong Superannuation industry experience – this is essentialStrong Technology and IT project delivery experience across business and technology environments3+ years' Project Management experience delivering complex business and technology projectsExperience delivering projects within Agile and/or hybrid environmentsProven experience managing complex Superannuation projects, including areas such as:Regulatory and legislative changeSuperannuation platforms and system implementationsSuccessor Fund Transfers (SFTs) and migrationsProduct change and transformationProcess and operational changeTechnology implementations and integrationsExperience managing internal technology teams and external third-party vendorsStrong understanding of the relationship between business requirements, technology solutions and project deliveryAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver in complex, multifaceted environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage confidently with senior and executive-level stakeholdersA proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and programsWhy IQ Group?
