Ultra Building Co. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $106M commercial project in Fortitude Valley .

The Role:

You will take full responsibility for project delivery, including:
Leading site, project, and commercial teams
Managing programme, procurement, and sequencing




Overseeing budget performance and commercial outcomes
Coordinating clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Driving high standards across quality, safety, and execution

About You:

You’re an established Senior Project Manager with:
Experience delivering large-scale commercial projects ($90M+)
The ability to manage complexity with confidence and control
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
