We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to provide high-level care for a client living with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) sustained from a motor vehicle accident. This role is ideal for someone with a calm, compassionate approach and proven experience in complex physical support.

Location: St. Clair, NSW

Availability Required: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Client Needs & Conditions:
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
High falls risk
Muscular weakness and mobility concerns
Continence care and skin integrity monitoring

Support Services Include:
Domestic Assistance (cleaning, tidying, meal preparation)
Personal Care (hygiene, grooming, toileting)
Mobility and Transfers (manual handling, using mobility aids)
Transport and Shopping
Medication Prompting
Skin and pressure care
Promoting safety,



dignity, and daily independence

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience supporting clients with acquired brain injury or high care physical needs
Knowledge of falls prevention and muscular support
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
Excellent communication and observation skills
Ability to work independently and confidently in a home setting
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
