Your new role
As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day customer service function while remaining actively involved in customer enquiries and order processing. Working closely with the State Manager, internal sales and warehouse teams, you will coordinate workflow, manage escalations, monitor orders and backorders, and ensure customers receive exceptional service from enquiry through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating daily customer service activities and team priorities
Supporting customer enquiries and order processing as required
Managing escalated customer issues through to resolution
Monitoring orders, deliveries and backorders




Providing day-to-day leadership and support to the customer service team
Working closely with warehouse and operations teams to drive service outcomes
Maintaining accurate information within the ERP system and identifying process improvements

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience leading or coordinating a customer service, internal sales or order processing team
Strong B2B customer service experience within industrial, manufacturing, wholesale or distribution environments
A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front
Experience managing customer escalations and delivery challenges
Solid organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
ERP or order management system experience
The ability to prioritise competing demands in a rapid-paced environment
