An immediate prospect is available for an experienced Accounts Officer to join a well-established, fun and growing business based in Clayton on a temporary basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across both prodominantly in Accounts Payable and some Accounts Receivable. Someone who is comfortable in multi-tasking and can hit the ground running.

The Role
Processing Accounts Payable invoices and matching invoices to purchase orders
Coding and processing supplier invoices
Preparing and processing payment runs twice weekly
Managing Accounts Receivable tasks, including banking and reconciliations
Assisting with month-end processes and reconciliations
Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting duties

About You
Previous experience in a similar Accounts Officer or transactional finance role




Robust Accounts Payable experience, including PO matching, invoice coding and payment runs
Exposure to Accounts Receivable, banking and reconciliations
Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) would be highly regarded
Available to commence immediately
A hands-on approach, solid attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
