Luxury eyewear optometrist: Optical dispenser / Assistant / Assistant Manager position available

Role description
Fulltime / Part time + Manager assistant available
Immediate start, Full time 5 days, Part time 3 days/week minimum, all require 1 of weekend day
Luxury fashion focused optical sales
Assist customers with eyewear selection/suggestion
Provide exceptionalcustomer service
Attention to detail
Self motivated
Conduct eye-wear adjustment/minor repair (training provided)
Manage appointments/bookings
Understand and able to manage prescriptions
Customer relationship management
Maintain product & store cleanness

Training will be provided
Manage Social Media , may require reading & writing in Chinese

Part time skill requirement:
1+ year retail experience
Must be able to work on Fridays between 11:00am to 19:00 or 13:00 to 21:00.
Fluent in English
Bonus skill: Mandarin/Cantonese
Holds Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or willing to take the course in the future
Willing to work long term

Full time skill requirement:
2+ year retail experience

Manager Assistant position requirement:
Fulltime requirement Plus 3 years minimum Optical dispensing experience.
Holds Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or willing to take the course in the future
Basic accounting knowledge
