Stop Scrolling. This Might Be Your Next Big Career Move.

If you’re in real estate and thinking there has to be more than listings, weekends and constant pressure to always be on, keep reading.

At Scotford Fennessy, we’re looking for high-performing real estate specialists who know how to build trust, win business and back themselves. Recruitment is still sales. It’s still relationships. The difference is you’re building long-term partnerships, not chasing the next listing.

The Role

This is recruitment with a solid commercial edge. You’ll manage your own desk, grow your client base and build a reputation in WA’s mining and resources sector.

Your day-to-day will include:
Building and strengthening client relationships through proactive business development
Networking and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor
Sourcing and engaging candidates who are not actively on the market

Managing end-to-end recruitment while growing your personal brand
Treating your desk like your own business, with real autonomy

What You Get When You Build Your Career Here
Uncapped commission with transparent earning pathways
Strong brand presence and established WA industry networks
Structured training, mentoring and real support
Corporate discounts on health insurance and everyday expenses
Flare employee discounts across retail, travel and lifestyle brands
Free gym membership to support physical and mental wellbeing
A generous parental leave scheme with no gender bias
A high-performing, people-first culture built for long-term careers

This is a career, not a short-term hustle.
