You'll partner with strategists, designers, animators and other project managers to plan and run projects.
You'll build the project plans, manage the budgets, coordinate the team and ensure everything keeps moving smoothly.
In this role you'll see a lot of variety.
You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from basic communications campaigns, to complex safety strategies.
This role is about more than creating gantt charts.

timing and the small things that matter You thrive on collaboration and feedback — and can adapt your style to suit creatives, strategists and collaborators when neededYou have a proactive mindset — spotting issues before they become problems and jumping in where needed|ABOUT THE ROLEProject managementOwn project plans, timelines and budgets across a portfolio of projectsPlan team capacity — forecasting who's working on what, where the pressure points are, where we need to flexBrief designers, animators, strategists and production teams so they're clear on what's needed and by whenAdjust plans when priorities shift, and communicate changes clearly to everyone affectedTrack project health and surface risks before they become surprisesHandle project admin — filing, versioning, and making sure the work is easily accessed.Working with collaborators and the teamJoin collaborator calls to understand project needs and timelinesPartner with leaders to balance capacity and align on priorities and contribute to projectsBuild trust with collaborators through clear, confident, communicationWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience managing projects in change management, internal communications, marketing, design or other service based environmentsConfidence with project management tools (we use Asana)Ability to manage budgets and timelines collaboratively Able to have budget conversations with both internal and external stakeholders Great written and verbal communication skillsA can-do attitude and love of valuable work, done wellBonus points for experience in learning, internal communications, safety, behaviour change, complex B2B environments or work that helps people understand and act on important informationWHY JOIN EVERYDAY MASSIVE?
