A leading commercial law practice is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its Sydney-based Restructuring & Insolvency team.This is a senior chance for a lawyer looking to play a key role on complex, high-value matters, with a mix of advisory, transactional and contentious insolvency work.The OpportunityYou will work closely with experienced practitioners on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, from early-stage advisory through to formal appointments and related disputes.The role offers a high level of responsibility, including hands-on matter management, strategic input and direct client engagement.
You will also play a role in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the broader growth of the team.The WorkYou can expect to be involved in:Advising on complex restructures, workouts and distressed scenariosActing on corporate insolvency matters, including administrations and liquidationsManaging insolvency-related disputes and enforcement mattersAdvising insolvency practitioners, corporates,
