Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced Billing Specialist Coordinator to join our Perth team.
In this role, you'll help support billing integration activities across business changes, acquisitions and growth initiatives.
It's a great opportunity for someone with strong billing and finance knowledge who enjoys improving processes, working across different teams and countries, and helping bring structure to complex billing environments.
If you're proactive, organised and confident managing change, this could be the right next step for you.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate billing integration work for mergers, acquisitions and business integration projectsSupport business growth by contributing to Order-to-Bill initiatives and billing integration activitiesWork with countries, business teams and functions to align acquired entities with SGS billing standards, global directives and the Centralised Billing FunctionSupport the Finance Billing & Recoveries Manager with billing integration and project-related activitiesAssist with planning and delivering Order-to-Bill initiatives across different countries and businessesHelp improve billing processes, reporting,



dashboards, system controls and overall efficiencyCoordinate and support training to help teams adopt billing processes consistentlyCommunicate billing processes and initiatives clearly to internal stakeholders and build strong working relationships with country managementTrack deliverables, milestones, KPIs and timelines to help ensure integration objectives are achievedSupport the rollout of group pricing, invoicing and billing initiatives, including discounts, rebates, CPI adjustments and price increasesHelp maintain billing controls in line with global Order-to-Cash and Finance Transformation standardsQualificationsThe successful candidate will have:At least 5 years' experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role working with complex ERP systemsA strong finance background supported by relevant study or skilled experienceStrong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience with ERP systems, with Oracle OM, AR and GL highly regardedKnowledge of domestic and international invoicing requirementsExperience working in fast-paced, multi-country environmentsExperience with indirect taxation such as VAT and withholding taxExperience managing change and driving process improvementsStrong communication skills and the ability to work confidently with a range of stakeholdersA high level of attention to detail,
