We're looking for someone who is passionate about designing, loves working collaboratively, understands our brand aesthetic and wants to continue our growth trajectory.Responsibilities & SkillsDesigning multiple future collections simultaneously, that are both cohesive and on-brandCreating computer-aided designs via Illustrator (CADs)Creating mood & inspiration boards for collections via photoshop/illustratorCreating unique designs, prints and patterns on photoshop/illustratorWorking closely with the Design Team and Team Lead on executing a trend calendarWorking collaboratively with the buying team on developing product for long lead and short lead collections, as well as comping on previous best-sellersDemonstrating the ability to act quickly on key sales drivers,
