The Opportunity:An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire our local team, grow sales results, and build strong, long-term sponsor partnerships.

The role involves:Leading, training and accountability for a local team of Account ManagersAchieving own sponsorship sales portfolio and growing team sales resultsOverseeing sponsor agreements and promotional campaign materialManaging sponsor lists and ensuring excellent sponsor relationshipsPlanning and attending events both during and outside normal business hoursParticipation in the station management team and working cooperatively with other departments to achieve mission outcomesThe Organisation:Rise 96.5 is a creative, energetic Christian media organisation with a great culture and a fun, passionate team.

You have demonstrated leadership and team management experienceYou have 3-5 years sales experience essential (with media sales experience desirable)You're emotionally intelligent with outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsYou have highly developed written and verbal communication skills and value building long-term relationshipsYou have a demonstrated ability to generate new business from cold callingYou thrive working in an setting that is target drivenYou are able to effectively analyse sales data and write concise and effective reportsYou display our values - Be Humble, Be Real, Be All In Ready to Apply?
