You will utilise Expeditors-approved transport providers while proactively avoiding or minimising storage and detention charges.You will have the autonomy to provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally, applying company standards and processes to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant deliveries at all times.
This role requires strict adherence to Expeditors policies, as well as all relevant government and regulatory requirements, including the handling of Dangerous Goods where applicable.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceCommunicate effectively with customers and service providers to ensure a compliant and complete shipment process in a timely mannerAccurately document customer requirements for future referenceStrive for service excellence through proactive issue resolution and professional communicationOperational ExcellenceTake ownership of understanding and complying with Expeditors' internal process standardsEnsure timely, accurate,
