Be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts and assisting in any client contractual dispute resolution process as requiredSupport business development initiatives by consulting with commercial teams to ensure contracts and tenders are well negotiated and executed ensuring profitability and complianceProvide project management and tender development support where required across the businessEnsure projects are managed within the contractual terms and variations are captured and managed in line with company guidelinesProvide broad commercial support to the business where neededRequirementsContract administration experience in the construction industry Proven ability to structure and develop winning strategiesAbility to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersUnderstand and negotiate appropriate risk allocationsHigh attention to detail, whilst taking responsibility for the quality and accuracy of submissionsLegal qualifications are a definite advantage
