We're partnering with a business operating at the intersection of large-scale infrastructure, technology platforms, and digital services, currently looking to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel into its high-performing in-house team.This is a genuinely business-facing, senior role — sitting at the heart of key operational divisions and strategic initiatives, with a strong focus on commercial contracting and stakeholder engagement.The OpportunityWorking closely with senior leadership, you'll provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice across a diverse range of matters.You'll be involved in large-scale technology projects, complex contract negotiations, and have the opportunity to influence decision-making at a strategic level — not just advise from the sidelines.What You Will Be DoingLeading the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreementsSupporting major projects and strategic initiatives across multiple business unitsDelivering clear, commercial legal advice to senior stakeholdersIdentifying and managing legal and regulatory risk in a fast-paced environmentActing as a trusted adviser and building solid internal relationshipsContributing to process improvement,
