Such reports may include REFs, EISs, part 3A environmental assessments and EMPsPrepare and draft other project documentation and correspondencePrepare and provide environmental advice to clientsWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team and work co-operatively with people at all levels to achieve outcomesManage multiple tasks on a range of projects and effectively deal with conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlinesEnsure compliance with quality management system requirementsCommunicate and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers and project stakeholdersProactive in managing utilisation/budget and takes corrective action if necessary, in consultation with the project manager and/or project leaderProvide inputs to project progress reports for issue to clientsUndertake other work as required by the relevant project manager and/or project leaderRequirementsAbout You:Relevant tertiary qualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganised and diligent in project administration (including invoicing and budget administration)Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervisionGood team work skills and ability to work well under pressureUnderstand the need for discretion when dealing with confidential mattersHigh levels of flexibility with an affinity for working on several projects at onceHave a strong background in NSW and ACT environmental planning and assessment, including a solid understanding of the requirements of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act **** and the ACT Planning and Development Act ****
