This is a highly cross-functional role focused on building scalable, efficient and customer-centric operational processes that support both business growth and an exceptional customer experience.You'll work closely with teams across Product, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience and Marketing, while also managing key external partnerships across pharmacy, manufacturing and logistics.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational complexity, improving systems and driving continuous optimisation in a fast-moving workplace.What you'll doOn a day-to-day basis, you will:Lead supply chain, logistics and pharmacy fulfilment operations across the businessOversee the distribution and flow of orders between manufacturers, suppliers, pharmacies, warehouses and customersManage supplier and pharmacy partnerships, ensuring alignment with service expectations,
