Experience in a leadership role, ideally within the metals or industrial sector.Previous experience with full P&L; management advantageousDriving a high-performance culture of continuous improvementProven ability to manage and grow teams, while exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
