Graduate Production Engineer | PolypipeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Graduate Production Engineer to join our Manufacturing team at PolyPipe.
This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate who is looking to build hands‐on experience in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment while developing solid technical, analytical, and continuous improvement skills.Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role supports production operations through preventative maintenance and process optimisation while working cross-functionally on data analysis, system improvements, and project initiatives, including the implementation of lean systems, digital enhancements, and production efficiency improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in analysing production data, quality issues, and process performanceParticipate in root cause analysis and corrective action activitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, cost reduction, and waste minimisationAssist with preventative maintenance planning, basic maintenance data analysis, and equipment performance monitoringWork closely with production, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve operational issuesSupport procurement, inventory coordination,
