RUSSELL MINERAL EQUIPMENT (RME) invites applications for a Team Leader to join the Blast and Paint team on a permanent full time basis. You will drive production performance, coordinate workshop activities and lead a high-performing crew to meet targets.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will plan production schedules, optimise workflow, maintain quality and uphold safety and continuous improvement through Lean practices.
